Starting out as a club DJ during the early 90’s, Barry Leenders a.k.a. Barry King eventually landed in 1992 as a resident DJ at Club de Linde (Groesbeek, the Netherlands), where he began developing and honing his techniques and cultivating the darker rave styles. These days (highly supported by Fred Numf and Ramon Roelofs “the one and only Charly Lownoise”) he played at many raves with his 90-ties companions DJ Tazl and Mauricee.
After many (inter)national tours, radio shows, parties and festivals he started in the late nineties with a new hyper trance style. During this time, Barry met the German DJ/producer Rene Kueppers (DJ OWL) a.k.a. Fynn Braun. He and Rene became good friends and started together with Dan Kueppers a DJ team named “Daremyrulez” (DRR). Together they, still, spend a lot of time in Germany and of course the Netherlands for their DJ-performances. In the new millennium they slighly moved their hyper trance style into a more progressive one.

The last years the Daremyrulez DJ team hasn’t simply been playing their music; they started to produce their own tracks and remixes. This in cooperation with the guys from Inner-Vibes and the Swedish DJ/producer Jonas Stenberg with the pseudo’s: DRR, Fynn vs King, Bumfighters, Jobaré and German Disaster.
Next to the progressive sounds, Barry became halfway 2008 the resident DJ at the PSV Philips Stadion (Togheter with DJ Daroon) recently he started season 2011-2012 at Eindhoven. Every 2 weeks a crowd of 34.000 fans!
